In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, we inform you that the party responsible for processing your personal data is VELEO TENTEVENT SL, with registered office at Carrer del Cinca, 34, 08223, Terrassa, Barcelona.

PURPOSE

Your data will be processed for one or more of the following purposes:

  1. In the event that you wish to receive information about the services offered by VELEO TENTEVENT SL and the activities it organises, the purpose will be to provide you with the specific information you have requested and also other additional information, even periodical (newsletter type) by any means, including electronic means (e-mail, SMS, MMS, social networks, etc.).
  2. In the event that you wish to contract any of Veleo’s services, the purpose will be to facilitate the establishment of the commercial relationship and the processes of commercial information, quotation, contracting, provision, accounting, collection, customer service, etc.
  3. In the event that you are a supplier of VELEO TENTEVENT SL, or intend to become one, the purpose will be to manage your commercial information operations, order, purchase or enjoyment of your products and/or services, accounting, payment, after-sales service, etc.
  4. In the event that you wish to apply for a job vacancy at VELEO TENTEVENT SL and you wish to provide us with your professional history, the purpose will be to manage your candidacy in the selection process.

If you do not provide us with all the information requested in the relevant form, we may not be able to fulfil your request.

BASIS OF LEGITIMACY

VELEO TENTEVENT SL will proceed with the processing of your personal data because at least one of the following circumstances is present that make it legitimate:

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

  1. If you have requested information, your data will be retained until you request its deletion or revoke your consent.
  2. If you are a customer or supplier of VELEO TENTEVENT SL, your data will be kept for up to 5 years after the last commercial transaction.
  3. In the event that you are a candidate for a vacancy at VELEO TENTEVENT SL and you provide your CV, your data will be kept for the duration of the selection process and, at the most, up to 1 year after receiving your professional record.

ADDRESSEES AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

  1. In the event that you have requested information about VELEO TENTEVENT SL, your data may be communicated to those suppliers necessary to satisfy the indicated purpose, such as e-mail managers, etc. If these suppliers are located outside the European Economic Area, it is likely that an International Data Transfer will have to be carried out, which in any case will comply with the provisions established in the General Data Protection Regulation.

The Spanish version of this document is the only one valid for legal purposes. Any other version is a mere translation, with no other effect than to facilitate its understanding.
